This Week’s Curriculum
Math: My Math, Chapter 7: Patterns and Sequences. Test will be Friday, Feb. 22.
Spelling: The Whipping Boy novel study. Test will be next week.
Reading: The Whipping Boy novel study. This is a fiction story that tells how a poor boy living on the street becomes the whipping boy of the Prince. They are from two different worlds but are forced to trust each other. This is a perfect example of how two very different people can grow to become friends.
AR - Student AR goals are due by March. 6th
Cereal Box Biography will be due Feb. 22. This is a project that will be completed at home. We will work on it in class but should be done at home. Each student was given a person along with a packet to help them with the project.
